How I can Help
I provide occupational therapy for children, adults and families who need practical support with everyday life.
My work includes neurological rehabilitation, sensory processing support, ADHD and autism support, fatigue management, cognitive rehabilitation and improving independence at home, at school and in the community. Every therapy plan is tailored to the person’s goals, strengths and day-to-day challenges.
Post-Surgery Recovery and Falls Prevention
Support after surgery to help make everyday life safer, easier and more manageable at home. This can include improving mobility and confidence, reducing falls risk, adapting routines, recommending equipment, and helping with a safer return to daily activities.
Brain injury and neurological rehabilitation
Support after stroke, traumatic brain injury, acquired brain injury, neurological illness, or long-term neurodisability. Therapy is focused on improving daily function, confidence, mobility, and participation in home, school, work, and community life.
Fatigue, memory, attention, and planning
Practical help for people struggling with cognitive fatigue, brain fog, attention, organisation, memory, and managing everyday demands. Sessions focus on realistic strategies that work in real life.
Sensory processing, ADHD, and autism support
Support for children and young people who feel overwhelmed by noise, touch, movement, busy environments, or emotional demands. I help families build practical routines and strategies that support regulation, confidence, and independence at home and at school.
Daily living and independence
Help with the skills that matter most in everyday life, including personal routines, mobility, safety, confidence outside the home, and participation in meaningful activities.
Support for families, schools, and professionals
Clear guidance, collaborative planning, and joined-up support with families, schools, therapists, and care teams so everyone is working toward the same goals.
